There are a ton of tools out there to increase your productivity, but sometimes you can lost in so many tools that you just want to keep it simple and effective. Be sure to have personalized, conversations and engaging posts in the mix as well.

Zapier – Similar to Buffer in that if something gets triggered, or in their terms zapped, then the action you select will then happen. They have support for over 300 applications, so slightly more than Buffer. It all depends on the applications that you need to use in an automated fashion to determine which is best for you.

Buffer – I prefer it to Hootsuite because the dashboard is very simplistic and easy to use. You can easily use it for dozens of different clients and keep your queue filled up. You can also easily share when you’re browsing the internet with their browser plugins too.

Lastly, ContentGems is a great tool that you can use for free for up to 2 keyword terms. You put in your interests and get a daily e-mail from the most trending topics associated with those keywords.
