Following TWO methods describing a link optimization
Method 1 [for all link opened in a new tab]
Log-in to Blogger and choose Template then select Edit HTML
search for

</head>
and paste the following code

Now save

Method 2 [for user choosing links only opened in a new tab]
Log-in to Blogger and choose Template then select Edit HTML
Select your link and just add a Mentioned Code within a link
<a href='Link URL' target='_blank'> Link Name</a>
